University Dining is accepting applications for a Retail and Catering Lead, working under the supervision of the unit manager in the Memorial Student Center. This position directs and trains student employees in customer service, food safety and sanitation, food preparation and service, and setup/teardown of retail operations and catering events. This position works with a team of student employees and full-time staff to ensure University Dining standards are met and security is maintained. This is a 12-month full time position and includes night and weekend hours with schedules posted weekly. A valid driver license is required.
Minimum
- Experience with Food Safety and Sanitation
- Food preparation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in customer service
