Qualifications of Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager may include:
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and underwriting process
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between companies and customers
- Address customer needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Evaluate and analyze clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal quotes to clients
Personal & Commercial Lines Assistant Managers Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize and delegate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Commercial Producers Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an insurance producer
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
