Qualifications of Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager may include:

• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and underwriting process
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
• Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between companies and customers
• Address customer needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Evaluate and analyze clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal quotes to clients

Personal & Commercial Lines Assistant Managers Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize and delegate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Commercial Producers Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an insurance producer
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to build relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
