Team Member
Sweetwater Homes of Citrus Inc. is seeking a self-motivated team member for a busy construction office located in Citrus County. This is a Part-time position, 30 hours per week. Responsible for answering multi-line telephones, scheduling and document warranty work. Accounts Payable Responsibility – process invoices from subcontractors and material suppliers, print checks, and ensure subcontractors’ insurance certificates are current. Responsible for general office procedures that may include processing new contracts, filing, opening and distributing mail, and scanning documents. Must be willing and available to assist other construction office staff members with various tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. They should have the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment and be able to self manage if necessary. Some accounting knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite would be helpful. Sweetwater Homes of Citrus Inc. is a non-smoking environment.
