Sweetwater Homes of Citrus Inc. is seeking a self-motivated team member with outgoing personality for a busy residential construction office located in Citrus County. This is a full-time position in a non-smoking environment. Selected candidate will be responsible for customer interaction/communication, answering multi-line telephones, scheduling and documenting warranty work.
Accounts Payable - duties to include processing invoices from subcontractors and material suppliers, printing checks, and ensuring subcontractors' insurance certificates are current. Responsible for general office procedures that may include working with local governments, processing new contracts, filing, opening and distributing mail, and scanning documents. Must be willing and available to assist other construction office staff members with various tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. They should have the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and be able to self-manage if necessary. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite necessary, and some accounting experience preferred. Competitive pay.
