Licensed Realtor Only - For Administrative & Property Management Position
Plantation Rentals is now hiring for an Administrative/Property Management position. We manage over 200 properties all over Citrus County & we are continuously growing with new properties each week. We have been in business since 2004 managing everything from short term vacation rentals, long term residential properties as well as commercial properties.
The position includes: securing new properties to manage, securing tenants, writing leases, routine inspections, maintenance requests, assisting other team members with daily tasks & scheduling cleanings for move-ins & move-outs.
Must possess an active FL Real Estate License, reliable transportation, available to work rotating weekends, excellent communication & customer service skills, ability to learn property management software & knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. Property management experience & knowledge of the Citrus County area is preferred.
