As a Digital Marketing Specialist at McCord Holdings Inc, you will work on a variety of digital tasks across the business unit with a variety of departments, including Management, Technology, Copywriting, Graphic Design, etc. You will be an integral part of the team’s contribution to strategy, development and execution of Social Media & Digital Marketing campaigns, including content creation, optimization of campaigns, analytics, reporting as well as working with the team in obtaining feedback to promote the brand(s). A proven understanding of the prospective target market and how it applies to the work being done is required. You will also be required to maintain company artwork files, and corporate website content.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain social media presences.
- Create social media content from concept to completion to produce quality engagement.
- Manage website content and update as required.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests and landing pages and optimize user experiences.
- Responsible for maintaining art files throughout file management system.
- Coordinate and plan product printing needs, artwork versions, etc, with vendors and product manufacturers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, digital media, communication, business, marketing, public relations or a related field.
- Experience with Social Media marketing campaigns, KPIs, website SEO, and Google AdWords.
- Experience with videography, and creating HTML 5 ads.
- Have robust digital analysis and reporting abilities.
- Experience managing and updating website content, using Shopify, Wordpress and WooCommerce.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient at writing marketing pieces and create/edit copy.
- Can take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
- Proficient with MAC computers, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft software.
