Automotive Shop Manager

Supervise purchase, storing, and distributing auto parts. Supervise all administrative and shop personnel. Recommend and implement policies and procedures. Ensure safety and security protocols are properly maintained. Maintain inventory. Lead and motivate personnel to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner. Maintain quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspecting work. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed. Administer safety and environmental program in the service area. Requires two years' experience managing Car Dealers or Auto Parts. Italy Blue Auto Sales, LLC.
