Primary Function of Position:
You will be supporting the development and deployment of the Global KOL and Customer Management Platform (aka WAVE) to the commercial regions and corporate departments of Intuitive. WAVE platform consists of a technical engine based on SFDC and business processes defined to identify, develop and engage KOLs in customer engagement events (ex: sales, marketing, training, engineering and evidence generation events) . Your end goal will be to strengthen Intuitive’s relationships with its KOLs while capturing, monitoring and assessing customer engagement events. This position will naturally allow the individual gain a strong understanding of Intuitive business needs and practices worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Qualifications• Supports both strategic and technical development of the solution framework for the new Global KOL and Customer Management Platform (WAVE) by interacting with both internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, training, engineering, clinical affairs, market access departments) as well as the KOLs and customers.• Performs gap analysis and puts together program specs for unmet needs within KOL and Customer Management areas. Develops, monitors and controls the program scope, the resource schedules and timelines in partnership with technical and commercial partners.• Oversees specific functionalities of WAVE platform, works with salesforce enablement, IT and creative design teams for technical program management, implement design iterations and expansions. Manages project prioritization, escalation and resolution of the identified risks.• Creates and teaches business processes to internal stakeholders to follow in KOL identification, development and lifetime engagement. Builds relevant success metrics and ROI dashboards.• Drives change management with worldwide regions and stakeholders post WAVE deployment. Acts as an evangelist to increase the local understanding and utilization. Enables transfer and adoption of best-in-class practices within all regions.• Conducts KOL training programs and collateral, builds KOL roundtables, runs KOL surveys online and in person, designs other strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Intuitive’s relationships with its KOLs and maximizing value exchange in customer events.• Establishes strong, cross-functional and cross-business relationships that encourage horizontal thinking and collaboration.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in commercial (sales, marketing or training preferred) programs management both upstream and downstream.• Strong experience in interacting with internal stakeholders as well as customers.• Proven ability in capturing and translating unmet customer and business needs into process-driven solutions.• Ability and passion for process creation, establishment and driving its adoption.• Ability to guide and influence others without direct authority, meeting both deliverables and deadlines as a group.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present both business and technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences• Adequately organized, detail oriented and quick to turn a plan into action• Prior Salesforce.com experience (user level is fine)• Must be well versed in MS Office Suite. Strong presentation creation and delivery skills.• 25-30% travel may be required.• MBA or other advanced degree preferred• Fluent in English• A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
