We are seeking a motivated and personable community manager with strong ethics & integrity, as well as company loyalty and a positive attitude for a full-time 55+ RV park.
Overview: Must have the ability to effectively enforce park rules and regulations. This position is responsible for managing the resources and assets of the Mobile Home/RV Community. The Property Manager is the single point of contact for the mobile home community owners, vendors, government agencies, residents, and guests. Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimum supervision. Some computer skills are necessary (Microsoft Office, Rent Manager & Internet) be an effective communicator to central office for upkeep on accounting records, files, manage rent collection process. Can process all move-in/outs; tenant background checks; Security deposit transmittals; Handle all complaints in the park as well as place late notices on rent and upkeep of yards. Also handle all after hours calls in case of emergency.
COMPENSATION: Rent, Electric, Direct TV, water, cell phone, plus pay (discussed at interview) all included with a Late model double wide, 3 BR 2 BA, with nice screen porch area, with a fenced in dog area (dog must be 25lbs and under).
