Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
This is a supervisory position that includes directing the lead custodian and all custodian team.
The position will include:
- Preparing and managing annual faculties budget
- Maintain calendar of all equipment and building inspections. Schedule inspections as required and /or contracted.
- Conducting day to day facility upkeep and repairs for the church building and property.
- Managing vendors/contractors and landscaping crews assuring the grounds are well-maintained.
- The position includes the operation of mechanical lifts, and climb ladders. There must attention to detail, and handy.
- Coordinate arrangement for public functions and social gatherings according to the proper protocol, as necessary.
- Occasionally coordinate groups of volunteers for certain projects that may include evening hours.
- Evaluate current and future needs for maintenance of building and grounds.
- Prepare and /or execute plan to address these needs and make recommendation to Executive Pastor of Operations and the Properties Team on major repairs & preventative maintenance.
