Global Education Specialist -
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field.
Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining new partnerships with African countries for recruiting opportunities; serving as an advisor for African international students; assessing educational progress for academic placement; evaluating transcripts to meet college completion and transfer requirements; monitoring and evaluating academic progress to ensure student success; coordinating peer mentoring and tutoring services; personal, career and academic counseling for international students; coordinating activities between the school, friendship families, students, and others; developing, delivering and evaluating training materials and curriculum; and managing student records. Two annual trips to Africa are required.
