Receptionist/Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a Receptionist/Purchasing Officer that will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, most specially MS Excel and WordAble to learn QuickBooks and editing pdf files in Adobe AcrobatAble to operate office equipment such as printers, fax machine and adding machine. Excellent organization skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answers, screens and forward incoming calls.
- Orders front office supplies.Handles material purchasing for the shop.
- Prepares monthly billing for customers.
- Occasionally, will need to handle payroll and other miscellaneous clerical duties when the Office Manager is unavailable.
