Position Overview:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable Warehouse Fabricator/Stucco Laborers to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on fabrication duties with general labor responsibilities to support the production, organization, and distribution of stucco materials. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Fabrication Tasks:
    • Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare stucco materials according to specifications.
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
    • Perform quality checks on fabricated products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Labor Tasks:
    • Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them in the warehouse.
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking materials (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
    • Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and order preparation.
  • General Duties:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and address challenges.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, fabrication, or construction roles is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and construction materials is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
