Marketing SecretaryCarlton-Royce International
We are looking for someone with marketing experience (social media, newspaper, event planning if applicable) who will also work as secretary for the office. We would be offering up to $20,000 for the Entry Level position. [We've had people with Masters and Doctorates come in to interview who want more money and totally read over the "Entry Level" in our previous ad].
We need someone dependable, honest, thick-skinned, able to drive to work people with no visible tattoos (or if they are, not in the face/neck area and must be very small). Able to work independently, a quick learner, and, again, must have some experience in marketing.
A secretary must be properly educated and have the necessary skills for the job, such as typing, computer skills, writing skills and knowledge of filing systems. Personal characteristics, on the other hand, are not something you learn in school, yet they have a large impact on your ability to be effective in your work. For example, a secretary who cannot keep important information confidential is not trusted by the boss. Some important personality traits for a secretary include the ability to manage time wisely, excellent judgment and interpersonal skills that facilitate working relationships.
