Great Pay and Benefits. We are looking for a Receptionist/Purchasing Officer that will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, most specially MS Excel and Word
- Able to learn QuickBooks and editing pdf files in Adobe Acrobat
- Able to operate office equipment such as printers, fax machine and adding machine
- Excellent organization skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answers, screen sand forwards incoming calls.
- Orders front office supplies.
- Handles material purchasing for the shop.
- Prepares monthly billing for customers.
- Occasionally, will need to handle payroll and other miscellaneous clerical duties when the Office Manager is unavailable.
