Housekeeping: Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures. Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter-tops, and sinks. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area. Making beds and changing linens. Washing windows.Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs. Remove all garbage from buildings. Maintain linen stock on buildings to established pars. Report maintenance issues to maintain rooms. Deliver requested items in a timely manner. Clean guest rooms as needed and/or instructed by management. Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate quest needs. Willingness to Learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment. Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs. Ability to take criticism. Good listening skills for meeting the needs of the clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards. Good customer service skills. Reliability, Organizational skills, Integrity and Honesty. High Energy Levels.
Front Desk
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms.
- Accommodate guest requests.
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms.
- Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.
- Handling cash payments.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
