Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, strong office and keyboard skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
General duties include:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for management including: data entry, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Maintain electronic database and hard copy filing systems.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Provide customer service and follow up regarding their inquiries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers Maintain office supplies for department.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years of work experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Google Docs or Microsoft Office a must.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to write, speak & interact clearly and professionally.
- Strong multi-tasking, time-management & organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
